If you’ve been following me for long, you know I love to keep up with the latest trends and styles. What I don’t love is paying a lot of money for them. I’d rather splurge on luxurious classics that will carry me through across seasons and years. I’ve been totally digging the summer style finds this year and did some searching to help me – and you – save money!
Summer Style Finds: Straw Canteen Bag
Straw bags are all over this season – but especially this round rattan version. My sweet mom got me one of the splurge styles for my bday (thanks, mom!), but there are plenty for a steal as well.
Summer Style Finds: White Woven Mules
Hat tip to my awesome coworker for introducing me to these shoes! I was totally torn here – normally shoes aren’t something I scrimp on – unless the style is super trendy, (as in I don’t think I’ll get away with wearing it more than a season anyway) I want real leather that will hold up a bit better. That said, I actually LIKED the style of the dupe of these better. I worried that white block heel on the Sam Edelman’s would get torn up. I ordered the dupe and wear them almost daily.

Summer Style Finds: Paper Bag Pants
I love these dressy, breezy pants for summers in the office and they seem to come in every color imaginable. Personally, I love a bright color to show off the details and breathe a little life into your summer wardrobe.

Summer Style Finds: Animal Print Headband
This is one of the summer style finds I’m absolutely obsessed with – mainly because I can get away with two-day hair by slapping on a silk headband and walking out the door. Fancy! I found a website with real silk knotted headbands – they run anywhere from $65 – $200 each. I’m sorry, I just can’t. In this case, the splurge isn’t too crazy, and my amazing friend got me a gift card for my bday, so I ordered it yesterday. So many options, though, in a plethora of prints.

Summer Style Finds: Rainbow Graphic Tee
Graphic tees are super in this season – as is anything with a rainbow stripe. Combining the two is this Good Vibes tee. I might go more in depth on rainbow stripes and other options later this summer because I just love how whimsical it is!

I’ve seen fun floral prints and wrap dresses all over this season. There are so many great options on Amazon, but some lovely ones to splurge on as well. Personally, this might not be my exact style, but I do love it on others!

Caftans seem to be the latest trend for coverups that can be worn straight to the beach bar. There are hundreds of styles and patterns, but I love these colorful ones! And this may be another instance of actually liking the steal better than the splurge!

Nothing is easier to slip on with any summer outfit than a pair of platform espadrilles and these are no different. I love the neutral color and the scalloped detailing. I have the J Crew Factory pair myself – and bought them with another coupon to make them an even better deal!

Summer Style Finds: Star Hoop Earrings
I’m a big fan of everything patriotic in the summer – and that ALWAYS includes stars. These wire star hoop earrings keep popping up and I love them as a subtle summer statement. Perfect for a Fourth of July party or just any day!

Summer Style Finds: Coin Necklace
Another one of the summer style finds I can’t get enough of is layering dainty gold necklaces – especially when one is a coin necklace! They have so many styles, but personally I like the ones that are a little more ornate.

Summer Style Finds: Floral Jumpsuit
I’ve always been a big nay-sayer when it comes to jumpsuits and rompers, but this year, I’m all about them and dying to find one that fits well (I have a long torso making many of them ride up.) These breezy floral jumpsuits are perfect for this cool Chicago summer.
