Spring is here and even though it feels like just yesterday I posted my winter fashion shopping guide, I’m happy to be sharing all the pastels, florals, and breezy cuts. As you can probably tell, this is a new way of shopping on Bumble and Bustle – different from my previous shopping guides. Without further ado, the spring fashion shopping guide!
Spring Fashion Shopping Guide: Tops
Floral Ruffle Top from Anthropologie – This is hands down my favorite find for the spring fashion shopping guide. It was an immediate buy and I somehow lucked out with finding one missing a back button and got a little discount. Win!
Yellow Vintage Tee from LOFT – This is the cutest step up for bumming around the neighborhood in jeans and a tee. The fabric is so freaking soft and a nice, thick quality. The pattern isn’t printed, rather sewn in. I personally love wearing it with gray jeans and black booties.
Floral Peplum Top from LOFT – Another top I love for spring. I’ve been pairing mine with this chartreuse cardigan as well. There’s a detail cut out in the back as well!
Striped Ruffle Sleeve Tee from LOFT – Okay, here’s one I didn’t purchase for myself, but it made the spring fashion shopping guide because still love the look – especially with a bold pant.
Green Floral Blouse from LOFT – I’ve been absolutely living in this top for the past few week because it’s light and flowy while also giving me a sleeve for March in Chicago. The color is perfection.
Floral Smocked Tank from Old Navy – Argh. This was one I so wanted to love and just couldn’t get it to look right. Tried it in a couple of different sizes and styled differently, but at the end of the day, it wasn’t for me. Hopefully, it’s for one of you!
Spring Fashion Shopping Guide: Dresses
Floral Ruffle High-Low Dress from Nordstrom – If I had a spring wedding to attend this year, this would definitely be my dress. I love the print and the tie around the waist and even the cut of the bottom. So frilly and fun!
Yellow Fit and Flare Dress from Old Navy – This one made it to the spring fashion shopping guide AND came home with me because I’m so into yellow this season. I love how casual it looks with a denim jacket and sandals.
Blush Ruffle Hem Dress from LOFT – Do I have anywhere to wear this dress? No. Might I still buy it? Ummm, yeah. I love the color and the cut equally and may pull the trigger later this spring.
Spring Fashion Shopping Guide: Randoms
Floral Jumpsuit from LOFT – Oh man, this was a heartbreaker. I tried it on in store and LOVED but it didn’t fit quite right. So I ordered the tall hoping it would give my torso more room – and it did – but then the legs were too long. The photos really don’t do this one justice!
Pleated Floral Tennis Skirt from Nordstrom – This is the cutest, preppiest skirt I’ve found all season and I’m here for it. I totally love it with a basic white tee and tennies. Bonus: It’s on sale!
Camo Moto Jacket from Anthropologie – I had a love affair with this jacket for a hot minute. Actually bought it, got home, then worried the sleeves were too long on me and realized if I was going to make a splurge purchase, I wanted it to fit flawlessly. It is super cute and soft as butter for the right person!
Spring Fashion Shopping Guide: Pants
Green Paper Bag Pants from Amazon – I’m very into Amazon fashion these days. Have gotten a few great deals for very “in” styles lately. Perhaps there’s a whole post of my favorite Amazon fashion finds, but until then, I’m loving these pants and debating what color to order. Who are we kidding, it will probably be the olive green!
White Lace Jeans from Lilly Pulitzer – For white jeans, my rule-of-thumb is quality quality quality. I love an Old Navy jean, but for the lighter colors, I really want a thicker fabric that’s going to help smooth things out for a really nice look. I love these with the lace detailing up the side!
Aqua Crop Jeans from LOFT – These jeans didn’t quite fit me right, but I’m dying over the color. I love LOFT for making denim in colors that perfectly match subtle details on their top prints. These would look so cute with both of the floral loft tops above. Actually, I think they would look great with every single top I included, now that I think about it!
Spring Fashion Shopping Guide: Shoes
Floral Ankle Rain Boots from Amazon – I’m dying over all the different pattern these rain booties come in. This navy and yellow pair would be a fun pop of color on a rainy day!
Glitter Loafers from Amazon – Sam Edelman totally has my heart when it comes to shoes. I love anything he designs, plus they fit my foot well and are a great quality. When I saw these on another blogger, I knew I HAD to have them and I wear them way more than you would think given they’re completely coated in glitter. They have some great sales on Amazon and I got these for a steal. Pro tip: if between sizes, size up.
Scalloped Platform Espadrilles from Nordstrom – Platform sandals seem to be everywhere this season, so I knew I wanted a pair. I’m also going to Talladega later this month, so I wanted some platforms to go with my jean shorts to really complete the look. That said, I didn’t want to ruin nice shoes with spilled beer and dust, so I grabbed these similar ones from Amazon for a third the price. They ended up being a very nice quality for the price point, but maybe after Dega, I’ll splurge on the nicer ones.
Spring Fashion Shopping Guide: Accessories
Multicolored Acrylic Bag from Amazon – Okay, I’ve seen this purse so many times already and, while impractical, it’s very cute – probably best for the beach. It’s not an inexpensive find, but this colorway would match almost everything, so worth it? I may convince myself yet …
Marbleized Chain Necklace from LOFT – Hands down my best jewelry buy lately. This necklace is so cute – it’s way better in person – and looks great with so many different looks!
Floral Scarf from LOFT – Another great spring look is layering a basic tee with a cute scarf. LOFT is my favorite spot for cute scarves in the winter, so it’s no surprise their spring looks are great too.
So there you have it – more than enough ideas to get your spring fashion shopping going! What is your favorite piece? Have a new product you love that I should check out? Let me know in the comments!
