What an awesome busy week it’s been! Over the weekend I went to my first game at Wrigley Field since I was in high school (please don’t count the years), and we all got to know Jordan the male model vying for our girl Becca on The Bachelorette. Yesterday, I had an awesome meeting with a company I’m so excited to be working with on the blog. But, perhaps most importantly, I went blonde. Okay, not like white blonde, but pretty drastic for this brunette.
I’m headed to Atlanta this weekend to celebrate my awesome friend’s bridal shower, but before I go, I’m happy to share this week’s Things I Love with you!

Organys Retinol Cream
I’ll talk about this more next week, but I officially have a new favorite line of beauty products – including this retinol cream from the company Organys. They’re based out of a Chicago suburb and I’ve seen fab results with their lash serum and great early results with the cream.
Saint Motel
In fairness this is an old one. A few years ago I went on a huge Saint Motel kick, but have recently rediscovered how fun and upbeat their songs are. My picks: My Type and Cold Cold Man. It’s a little alt rock, so if that’s your thing, give it a listen!
Baliair Jewelry
A couple of weeks ago I met Adina who runs Baliair Jewelry at my cousin’s birthday party. We immediately hit it of because I’m pretty much obsessed with all of her awesome jewelry designs. I bought this necklace and can’t wait until it arrives. I also love this necklace and these earrings.
Anthropologie Spice Jar
Top of the list of things that are adorable but that I don’t really need is this gorgeous painted spice jar from Anthropologie. Okay, so I just redid my kitchen with all of my spice containers matching, but certainly I could find a use for this, right? Even if I could, not sure my tiny kitchen has even an inch of space left, so I’ll have to love this from afar.
Pineapple Cat Tent
Does anyone else’s pet(s) have weird things they love? My black and white cat Dottie has this hammock that he practically lives in. Rocky is more particular, but every once in a while, sleeps in a plush pop-up tent that I got him. I’m pretty sure he’s appreciate the pineapple more though – as would I!
Bonus: Miller Lite, Apparently
As I sat at the bar writing this post, a couple women came up to do a blind beer taste testing. I mean, the competition was tough between Bud Light and Miller Lite. Miller Lite won – which I’m pretty sure I’ve known since college anyway.
