In The Moment: Things I Love on February 22, 2018

Hey friends, been a busy week here in Bumble and Bustle land! The shop turns one today and holy crap – what a year it’s been! I’m going out of town this week and staying with my mom in Florida, so I’ve been wrapping up orders and getting organized before I leave.

Speaking of getting ready to leave on a big trip – is anyone else crazy like me and want to have the whole house sparkling clean before going away so that when they get back, it’s nice? Just me? … Okay, moving on, things I love this week …

Vanilla Coconut Spray

Heather over at Warwick Valley Apothecary sent me an amazing box of goodies from her shop. One of the things I instantly fell in love with is this Vanilla Coconut Spray. It smells just like the beach. I’ve been spraying it on my linens and it has such a calming effect every night when I go to bed. I can’t wait to try out the other stuff she sent!

 

Sawada Matcha Latte

Sawada was recommended to me in my hunt for the perfect matcha. To say it lived up to the expectations is an understatement. So good! My only complaint was I had taken my laptop to work there and it’s in a BBQ place so it smells a little too amazing in there and has pretty loud music playing. Perfect for grabbing a cup to go, not so much for sitting and staying a while. If you’re in Chicago, you should try it!

 

Anthropologie Wall Hanging

The Anthropologie spring home catalogue got delivered recently and if you follow me on Instagram, you witnessed me falling in love with every page in my stories. I think my favorite thing is this gorgeous wall hanging that was on the cover. I immediately started to think about where I could put it. The answer, is really, no place good, so I’ll have to just dream about it from afar.

 

Elderflower Pressé

In case you missed it, a couple weeks ago I shared an easy spring cocktail using Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Pressé. It’s a lightly carbonated lemonade-type drink and the whole bottle is only 90 calories. I had some leftover from making the cocktails, so I have been drinking them in place of an afternoon snack.

 

Chaser Rosé Flamingo Tank

I was walking through my neighborhood last night and I spotted the PERFECT tank top in a shop window. Like most 30-year old women, I love both rosé and flamingos, so this just got me. Since I’m not buying any clothing until after my surgery, I’ll just have to hope they still have it. For the rest of you, you can have it on your doorstep in two days!
