Roasted Chickpeas
When I did a vegan cleanse in November, I was looking for light snacks that were also healthy. I came across this recipe for roasted chickpeas. I’ve made them a few times since then, but not recently until this week. I forgot how good they are for a salt craving and something just to pop in your mouth. Hello, mindless eating. I like mine best with paprika, but you can mix up the spices with each batch!
Queen Bee Carafe
Last week I had some leftover lemons from making these cocktails, so I cut some into slices and threw them into my water carafe that I keep in the fridge. I posted a picture on Instagram and got a lot of questions about where the carafe was from, so here it is! It was a Christmas gift from my mom since I have a love of bees!
Letter Planter
I’ve been planter obsessed lately, and how cute are these from Etsy?! I think a C would be a cute addition to my gallery wall or maybe in my kitchen. For this I would use fake succulents so I wouldn’t worry about one dying and ruining the look. And I love that you could paint it any color you want or even just stain it.
The Good Wife
I know I know – this is old news, but it’s been my binge show of late and I’m hooked. Alicia Florrick and her badass self almost make me wish I went to law school … almost. The show is quite the time investment since there are 7 seasons, but so worth it.
Highlighter Stick
The past couple of years I’ve been stepping up my makeup game a bit from my standard CC cream and a swipe of eyeshadow and mascara. Last year I started wearing lipstick (this one is my fav). And today I bought my first highlighter stick – just a cheap one to play around with. Now to watch some YouTube tutorials on how to even use it …

I’m totally going to try that highlighter stick! I mean who doesn’t love a good highlight!
