It has been one month since my last Things I Love post and I have a bunch of ideas that have been on standby! I’m currently in London, so typing this blog post a few days early. I’m sure between all the fun things my friends and I have planned for our trip, I’ll be coming home with event more things I love – and probably another travel guide.

Herschel Yellow Rain Jacket
For Christmas, my bestie got all the London girls these matching yellow rain jackets. Because we’re nothing if not extra, we hired a photographer on our trip for a photo shoot in these. As it’s been a rainy few weeks in Chicago, I’ve been dying to put it on, but have held off so it’s nice and new looking for the shoot. I can’t wait to actually wear it when I get home!
Loft Marbleized Necklace
I got a lot of spring clothes at Loft last week – and fell in love with this necklace. That said, I was debating because I was worried about what it would match. Turns out, literally everything. I’ve been wearing it non-stop since I got it. In person, the colors are much lighter / more pastel. This and a ton of other good finds will be on the Spring Shopping Guide next week!

I’m Not Really A Waitress
No, not the best-selling OPI nail polish color, but that is my all-time favorite. This is a book about one of the co-founders of OPI and is sort of a business / inspirational read. This is on my list for when I get home from London – or maybe even on the flight back!
Hampton Social Brunch
Full disclosure, I’m normally not a huge fan of the food at Hampton Social. I love the atmosphere, but I find the food sub-par and over-priced. I did go there for brunch this past weekend, though, and was proven totally wrong. I had a simple Denver scramble with hash browns, but everything was so well prepared and delicious. If you’re looking for a new weekend spot or want to give Hampton Social another chance, I highly recommend brunch!
